Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Return shipping labels are not provided, the customer is responsible to pay for Return Shipments.
How to Submit a Return
- Reach out to our support team: Send an email to help@clarkowens.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
- Prepare your package: Carefully repack the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
- Send it back: Follow the return shipping instructions provided by our team. We support returns mail.
Exchanges
We welcome exchanges for eligible items. Contact our support team at help@clarkowens.com to begin an exchange, and we'll walk you through the process promptly.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and passes inspection, we'll initiate your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Restocking
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. Any such products will be clearly labeled as non-returnable on their respective product pages.
